Can you create a buzzing garden design?

The NFWI has teamed up with the British Beekeepers’ Association to offer four creative WI members the chance to win a ‘Spread a Little Sweetness’ gift pack including a jar of British honey, a jar of British mustard and a set of four honey recipe cards.

All you need to do to enter is to get your paper and pencils and design your own honeybee paradise garden. Remember to include all the things that honeybees need to thrive – bee friendly plants and flowers, space for hives and water sources.

Please send your entries on A4 paper, with a few lines explaining the reasons behind your design, to Emma Lindsay in the Public Affairs Department. The closing date is Tuesday 1st March 2011.

The Spread a Little Sweetness packs are part of the BBKA Christmas range, including the Adopt a Beehive scheme. You can find out more at www.adoptabeehive.co.uk
